According to Brene Brown, “practicing self love means learning how to trust ourselves, to treat ourselves with respect, and to be kind and affectionate towards ourselves.”


Of the three things mentioned above which one do you seem to struggle with? Pay attention to the obstacles that get in the way when it comes to practicing self-love.


This week pay attention to your self-talk and ask yourself are you being respectful, are you being kind and are you being affectionate towards yourself? If you answers no to any of these


This year let’s be more intentional in practicing self-love.
