Are you starting to feel overwhelmed?!? If so try this 2 minute exercise by Bruce Patterson called the Frontal Occipital Hold.
This exercise helps calm the brain and return to a clear state of mind.
Frontal/Occipital Hold
1. Place one hand across your forehead
2. With the other hand cradle the back of your head
3. Hold this position for 2-3 minutes (switching hands if you get tired) while breathing slower and deeper than usual
