Keeping in mind this quote by Peace Pilgrim and the beginning of this New Year, today I would like to challenge you to take some time to re-focus.


Pay attention to your thoughts and ask your self are your thoughts empowering you? Or taking away from you?


If your thoughts are dragging you down I would encourage you to challenge your thoughts.


You can challenge your thoughts by asking yourself these simple questions:

  • what are the facts/evidence that support your thoughts

  • what are the evidence against it?


Once you have asked yourself these questions and answered them, readjust your thought as needed.


Remember we are looking for progress not perfection. Small steps can eventually lead to big changes.
